In the event you decide to file for bankruptcy relief, you will need to provide us with detailed information that will be necessary to properly prepare your bankruptcy documents. You will be able to provide us with this detailed information by either completing a set of worksheets and forms which our office will provide to you, or by completing our online bankruptcy interview which can be accessed by clicking on the Bankruptcy Interview button located at the top of this page. We will provide the login information for the online interview once we have been retained in your case. However, in order to be able to quickly and accurately evaluate your situation, we suggest that you bring the following items with you for our initial office consultation:

_____A list of your routine monthly living expenses, such as rent or mortgage payments, utilities, food, clothing, car payments and other transportation expenses such as gas and oil, all insurances, day care or educational expenses, medical and dental expenses, recreation expenses and so on.
